The Art of Life is Letting Go
July 29, 2020
Hello and a happy Wednesday to you.
I have been playing a lot with my watercolours and various quality ones too just to see the kind of results I will get from using cheaper products as opposed to the more expensive ones that some crafters just cant afford.
I bought a set of cheaper watercolours whilst in a POUNDSHOP on holiday last year
and I decided to colour this stamped image (stamp from The Range, sentiment from Colourific)
I think it came out ok. what do you think?

What you pay for is not always what you got. My husband bought be a beautiful set of 48 Xuretake Zig watercolour brushes that were quite expensive. I dare not tell him but i mostly revert back to a very cheap set i must have had for about 20 years the the colours are much nicer and blend better too. This is lovely and far better than i would manage with my expensive brush pens.

Love the card, great colours. I am a total novice with water colouring. I paint with my inks as I don’t enjoy colouring but have been practising blending with my water colour pencils and liking the results. Michelle x
